Jul 15, 2020 · When it comes to the GRX, you can choose from three different chain sets.1×11-speed, 2×11-speed and 2×10-speed. The GRX 800 series chainset is available 2x with 48/31-tooth chainrings, and 1x with either a 42-tooth or 40-tooth chainring. The GRX 600 series chainset is available 2x with 46/30-tooth chainrings, and 1x with a 40-tooth chainring.
If it's too low, workouts will be too easy. If it's set too high, workouts will be too difficult. Apps like Zwift and Rouvy operate in SIM mode during races and group rides, so become accustomed to changing intensity and maintaining speed over rolling hills, climbs and descents before you try a race.
If you use it for Zwift you will struggle to produce any decent speed or power. A cadence of around 90 only seems to deliver about 130 watts power so competing on Zwift with it is out of the question. When you start to try and get your cadence up the bike starts to rock, most lucky down to the poor quality.

I am new to zwift. Got a giant fluid ST trainer with a wahoo speed metre attached to wheel. Always having issues connecting the wahoo to zwift on my Mac laptop (via blue tooth). Turned my iPhone Bluetooth off to help but it still takes me around 15 minuates to get it connected.
